Position Name:   Bookkeeper & Inventory Control Specialist - Dispensary Agent

Position Description:

Bookkeeper / Inventory Control Specialist job duties include working closely with our management team and partners to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process A/R & A/P, and manage invoices and expense payments. Receive and maintain an inventory in compliance with the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR). Comply with guidance of the MMCC. These duties include but are not limited to participation and oversight of: ordering, receiving, stocking and assessing the supply of Dispensary products.

Duties:

  • Maintaining all aspects of accounting for Dispensary
  • Preparation of monthly financial information
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Receipt and management of Dispensary products
  • Tracking medical cannabis using the Metric system
  • Manage Scales and Equipment Calibration Program
  • Conduct/Coordinate nightly inventory counts of all dispensary products

Qualifications/Education:

  • Ability to pass background check
  • Must pass initial & unannounced drug screening
  • Applicants be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree desired but will High School Diploma or equivalent with experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently

Position Name:   Patient Service Provider - Dispensary Agent

Position Description:

Seeking person to qualify as Dispensary Agents in the State of Maryland to occupy the role of Patient Service Provider. experience in the medical cannabis industry are highly desired but not required. Candidates must be 21 years old and able to pass a criminal background check, delivery quality customer experience, have strong interpersonal skills. Operate with integrity and honesty and must not have been convicted of any felony offenses. In this role you will deliver our goods, prep and handle our medical cannabis products, and assist with the customer selection of Dispensary products. Comply with all Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) regarding Dispensary operations.

Duties:

  • Patient consultations
  • Point-of-sale system operations
  • Cash management
  • Community outreach
  • Assist with stocking and inventory of Dispensary products
  • Check patient’s state allowance with MMCC verification system
  • Accurately weighing of dispensary products
